ASE comes with sample script files designed to walk you through some of the features of your new editor. Select "Samples" from under "Help" in the toolbar menu to access the list of existing sample scripts.
For documentation purposes, we have chosen the VBScript version of the sample script. However, each script is essentially the same (simply updated to reflect the selected language)...
Each section of the script is condensed in a Collapsible block of code. Note the line numbers jump around quite a bit- this code is present, but has simply been hidden from view using the collapsible code block feature of Admin Script Editor™:
