If you should receive a message when starting the Admin Script Editor that starts:
Error loading application layout. The layout file(s) are corrupted or could not be accessed. If this error persist delete all layout files and they will be recreated...
This message often includes additional details about the specific error it has reading the layout files, but the solution is the same. You must delete the files from your %APPDATA%\iTripoli\AdminScriptEditor\<version> directory (example below).
This will cause default layout files to be created on next launch. If you should encounter this problem with any kind of frequency, please save your corrupted files before deleting them and provide the files to product support for investigation.
Note: Reinstalling ASE will not correct this problem as the files causing the problem are dynamically generated in your user profile, and are not installed, uninstalled, or updated by the application setup.
